Regenerative Farming is a set of farming practices which aide primarily in the regeneration of the soil. Best practices include using cover crops, reducing tilling, rotating crops, spreading compost, and reducing the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and not using factory farming.
These principles increase biodiversity, enriches the soil, improves watersheds, and enhances ecosystems. It helps to capture carbon in soil and aboveground, reversing current global trends of atmospheric carbon accumulation.

As you surf the net, hundreds of articles stating all the differences and advantages and/or disadvantages of which farming technique is rightful to take, but its simple difference is the safety of first, our soil, second, our farmers and third, our market, that all catered through Regenerative Farming unlike Organic Farming.
Regenerative farming is beneficial because soil health is intrinsically linked to the total health of our food system. Soil health affects everything from plant health to human wellbeing. Regenerative farming prioritizes soil health while simultaneously encompassing high standards for animal welfare and worker fairness. The idea is to create farm systems that work in harmony with nature to improve quality of life for all.
Regarding Sustainable Farming
Sustainable agriculture and/or farming, a type of technique that focuses on producing long-term crops and livestock while having minimal effects on the environment. This type of agriculture tries to find a good balance between the need for food production and the preservation of the ecological system within the environment. In addition to producing food, there are several over-all goals associated with sustainable agriculture, including (1) conserving water, (2) reducing the use of fertilizers and pesticides, and (3) promoting biodiversity in crops grown and the ecosystem.
Sustainable farming also focuses on maintaining economic stability of farms and helping farmers improve their techniques and quality of life and living.
